Cancellation Policy

1. Cab bookings

When you cancel	Refund
More than 24 hours before pickup	100% of advance
6 to 24 hours before pickup	50% of advance
Less than 6 hours or no-show	No refund

When you cancel	Charge
More than 15 days before departure	10% of package
7 to 15 days before departure	25% of package
Less than 7 days	50% of package

Hotel, helicopter and permit bookings follow the supplier's own cancellation rules.

If we cancel because of weather, road closures or government orders, you get a full refund of amounts paid to us, or a free date change.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
