Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we send confirmation by WhatsApp, SMS or email after receiving the advance. Fares quoted are valid for the date, route and cab type in the quote.

2. Fares and extra charges

Outstation fares are calculated on kilometres travelled (minimum 250 km per day) at the per-km rate of the cab type, plus driver allowance. Tolls, parking, state entry tax and night charges are extra unless stated.

3. Kilometres and time

Kilometres and time are counted from our garage in the pickup city and back to it for round trips. One-way fares are fixed for the quoted route.

4. Passenger responsibilities

• Do not carry illegal or hazardous items.
• Smoking and alcohol are not allowed in the car.
• Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers is chargeable.

5. Delays and changes

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, strikes or government restrictions. Itineraries may change for safety, especially on hill roads.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fare paid for the affected trip. Passengers are advised to keep valuables with them.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
