A few hours is enough for city trips. For outstation trips, festivals and yatra season, book 2 to 7 days ahead.
Yes. Share the traveller's name and number, and the driver will coordinate with them.
Fares
Km × per-km rate for your cab, minimum 250 km per day, plus a daily driver allowance. Tolls, parking and state taxes are extra.
₹250 for driving between 10 pm and 6 am.
No. One-way fares charge only the distance you travel, with the driver allowance included.
Tour packages
No. Prices are per cab for the whole trip, so a family of four pays the same as a couple in the same cab.
Package prices cover the cab. We can add hotels of your choice and quote them separately.
Yes. Enquiries are accepted all year and confirmed when the yatra dates are announced.
Payment and cancellation
UPI, bank transfer or cash. A small advance confirms the booking and the balance is paid during or at the end of the trip.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup for cabs. Package rules depend on how close to departure you cancel. See the cancellation policy.
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
